UK Area Election Committee formed

In line with the regulations of the World Zionist Organisation, the Zionist Federation UK together with the Mizrachi Federation convened on 24 October 2024 the first meeting of the Area Election Committee to prepare for the World Zionist Congress to be held in Jerusalem in October 2025. The meeting was attended by all organisations who were represented in the 2020 UK delegation:

• Mizrachi

• Confederation

• Likud UK

• Mercaz UK

• Hanoar Hatzioni UK

• Herut UK

• The Jewish Labout Movement

• Meretz UK

• Over the Rainbow-Israel Solidarity Campaign UK

A representative of Eretz Hakodesh and Shas were invited to attend as observers.
